Eroyn
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 December 2025
Eroyn is designed as a private self-tracking tool for intimacy, sex and solo activities. This policy explains what information is processed, how it is used, and how we try to keep it safe.
1. Core principles
- Collect only the information needed to provide the service.
- Give you control over what you log and delete.
- Avoid advertising trackers and third-party advertising networks.
- Keep privacy explanations clear and accessible.
2. Information we process
Information you enter
This can include an optional nickname, events such as sex, solo activities and intimate moments, event details, and optional notes. These entries are stored so Eroyn can show your history, statistics and insights.
Limited technical information
Requests to our servers, error logs, approximate access times, network-level IP information and the parts of the service loaded may be processed to operate, secure and improve Eroyn.
3. Anonymous access and secret codes
You can use Eroyn without an email address or phone number. Your generated secret code acts like a password and is the key to your entries. Keep it private and store it safely. If it is lost, we may not be able to restore access.
4. Cookies, local storage and trackers
Eroyn does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, third-party ad networks or similar cross-site advertising trackers. Essential cookies, local storage or comparable technology may be used for service functionality, security and session continuity.
5. How information is used
- Store entries and show your history back to you.
- Generate statistics and insights for personal reflection.
- Operate, debug, protect and improve the service.
We do not use intimate entries to target ads, build advertising profiles or sell them to data brokers.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate Eroyn, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce the Terms, or protect users and the service.
7. Retention and deletion
Event history is kept while your Eroyn account exists unless you delete it. You can delete individual events. Limited backups or logs may remain temporarily for security, integrity or legal reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Keep your access code private and be careful on shared devices.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information. You decide what to log, may delete events, and may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Significant changes may also be highlighted in the app.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or how information is handled can be sent to support@eroyn.com.
12. Legal information
This policy is intended to be understandable and transparent, but it is not legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about laws in your jurisdiction.
