These Terms explain how you may use Eroyn. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Eroyn is lawful.
- If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use Eroyn.
2. What Eroyn does
Eroyn lets you privately log and reflect on sexual encounters, solo activities and other intimacy-related events. Statistics and insights are generated from information you enter and are intended only for personal reflection.
3. No medical or professional advice
Eroyn does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric or relationship advice. Do not use the service as a substitute for qualified professional guidance, and do not delay seeking care because of information shown by Eroyn.
4. Privacy and anonymous access
No email address or phone number is required for core tracking features. You access your data with a secret code, and may add an optional private nickname. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising trackers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Your responsibilities
When using Eroyn, you agree to:
- Use it only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Respect other people’s privacy, knowledge and consent.
- Not use it to harass, abuse, shame, threaten or harm anyone.
- Not attack, probe, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
6. Content you enter
Your events, notes and other entries are your responsibility. Do not enter illegal content or content involving minors or non-consensual activity, and do not use Eroyn to create, store or distribute material that violates applicable law.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Eroyn available and reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Features may be changed, limited, suspended or discontinued when reasonably necessary to operate the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eroyn and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions made based on information shown by the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Significant changes may also be highlighted in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
